  amazing mangrove ecosystem? This program will provide instruction and pra
 ctice to help build your stand-up paddleboard skills. Experienced paddlers
  will enjoy gliding over the shallow waters of the Intracoastal and mangro
 ve trails while learning about the mangrove and estuary ecosystem and wild
 life. Paddlers must be comfortable being in water and able to balance on a
  paddleboard\, either sitting or standing. Life jackets are provided and m
